Caitlin Green (she/they) is a Philadelphia-based dance artist (originally from Huntingdon, PA) with a background in dance/movement therapy and counseling (R-DMT).  In her work, she tends to concentrate on the body's role in wellness and catharsis, by exploring how movement narratives can act as a catalyst for imaginative ways of exploring and shifting realities. To conclude their Master's degree in Dance/Movement Therapy at Drexel, Caitlin conducted qualitative research on the use of dance improvisation for exploring and expressing self and identity. Read about this method and the cultural, social, and psychological themes that emerged in the research here.
